1. Clean and dry all parts before use.
2. Fill the bottle with sunscreen or another suitable skincare product. Do not overfill.
3. Screw the pump securely onto the bottle and attach the lid.
4. Remove the lid and press the pump to dispense the desired amount.
5. Remove the applicator cap and apply using gentle, even motions. Use the sponge edge for more precise application.

Disassemble and hand-wash all parts in warm, soapy water. Use the included brush to clean the bottle and pump. Rinse and dry thoroughly before storage. Do not use bleach or heat-based sterilisation methods. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
