Haakaa delivers across New Zealand via courier. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment.
1 - 2 working days for Auckland deliveries
1 - 2 working days for North Island deliveries
2 - 3 working days for South Island deliveries
3 - 5 working days for Australia deliveries
Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.
Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery. Courier delays are out of Haakaa's control.
We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (This excludes the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island - please contact us for freight options.)

International packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of New Zealand. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions;
- Contact is made with Haakaa NZ within 7 days of delivery
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
- Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
Breastfeeding items and bottles are not refundable if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. We cannot exchange any breastfeeding items.
We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located in New Zealand (North & South Island). If you are located outside New Zealand (North & South Island) and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
