Haakaa delivers across New Zealand via courier.
You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment. Your order will arrive within 2-4 days approx. Public holidays can delay this service.
Delays due to courier delays is out of Haakaa's control.

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (sorry this excludes Chatham Islands & Stewart Island - please contact us for freight options)

All online orders over $75 will be freight FREE (NZ only) and $150 for Australia.

2 - 3 working days for Auckland deliveries
3 - 4 working days for North Island deliveries
3 - 4 working days for South Island deliveries
Rural Deliveries: 2-3 extra days for rural deliveries. Please mention your RD number when placing your order.
During public holiday periods - please allow a few extra working days. During the Christmas period - please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.
Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions;
- Returned goods be accompanied with receipt
- The goods returned within 7 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
- Breast feeding items and bottles are not refundable for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. If seal is broken we cannot exchange.
The above does not apply to sale goods, which are not returnable. Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
There are no refunds on change of mind or circumstances.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within New Zealand (North & South Island). If you are located outside New Zealand (North & South Island) and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
